Thanks Stephen! I'm off to go add on the Extension List Dumper and save myself a whole lot of time!
Not long after posting this on my blog, I realized I should have added FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) and CLEO (Compact Library Extension Organizer). FEBE allows you to backup all your extensions, bookmarks, settings, etc. CLEO allows you take all those backup files you created with FEBE and bundle them together as one XPI file, which you can than save in a safe place or share with your friends (so they can set up their Firefox browser just like yours).
Good list. I'd add Adblock which I use for annoying constantly flickering ads, and Firebug which is utter heaven when you're dealing with CSS issues (among other things).
