Ask a librarian links in the catalog

Upon reading David Lee King's recent post about how his library (the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library) now has a MeeboMe widget appear after a null search in the catalog, I thought how unusual. But then reading the comments to his post, I learned that at least one other library has already implemented this.

I'm going to see if such wizardry is possible with our catalog (Ex Libris Aleph).
