Wrestling with co-browsing

Caleb has written a thoughtful and detailed post on the nuts and bolts of co-browsing and on its value in digital reference. Check it out. I, for one, am not ready to give up on co-browsing, as it has generally worked well for us. When it works well (and it doesn't always but it works often enough to stick with it), the patrons are usually really pleased with the technology.
